The Systematic Reviews SIG serves the community of social work scholars with interest in evidence synthesis, systematic reviews, and meta-analysis methods. The SIG provides resources for researchers interested in using these methods, including development of research questions, methods, protocol development, tools for data collection and analysis, and guidelines for reporting the results of evidence synthesis research. Meetings also serve to acquaint participants with relevant systematic review consortia such as the Campbell Collaboration and Cochrane, their methods, and the benefits of collaboration.
