Session: Trauma Informed Care SIG (Society for Social Work and Research 24th Annual Conference - Reducing Racial and Economic Inequality)

Over the past decade, there has been a groundswell of federal, state, and local efforts to translate research on trauma, adversity and resilience into trauma-informed care across multiple systems and sectors. This SIG will allow conference attendees with an interest in identifying, preventing and treating individual, family, organizational and community level trauma using trauma-informed care principles.
