Environmental injustice and climate change are complex problems that intersect with myriad areas of social work—from child development to healthy aging, and from clinical practice to political change. In this invited symposium, emerging and leading scholars will engage in critical conversation about these urgent issues for social work to address. Together, they bring abolitionist, Indigenous, and community-grounded perspectives to their work for environmental and climate justice. Join us for this timely and essential conversation.
