This purpose of this presentation is to provide the opportunity for face to face feedback regarding how SSWR can move forward in the long term with its plan to increase the level of input that our members can provide in the development of federal and foundation research priorities and to increase federal funders' awareness of what is social work research and what kind of research social workers are doing. SSWR will be doing strategic planning in 2012 and will seek feedback on what the organization is doing well, what research issues are important to prioritize, and where the organization should be going in order to advance social work research.
